Transition your Heroix Campaigns to get our New Mobile Supporter PageEarlier this year we launched our new completely mobile, fully social Supporter Page. Since this time, Supporters and Charities alike have taken full advantage of the new and exciting functionality and many Heroix customers have chosen to begin using the new Supporter Page for all their campaigns.

Providing richer and more flexible branding opportunities as well as completely mobile responsive design and clever social integration, the new Supporter Page offers charities a range of benefits.

With 47% of traffic to Supporter Pages and 30% of donations coming from mobile devices, the new Supporter Page makes giving easier, more accessible and more enjoyable than ever before.

FREE Heroix Campaign Transition

Currently we are conducting a process of reviewing existing Heroix campaigns using the ‘classic’ fundraising page, and transitioning these across to the new platform.

Our aim by 31st January 2014 is to assist all our charity partners with transitioning their campaigns onto the new platform, at which time ‘classic’ pages associated with campaigns will be expired.

What do I need to do?

If you happen to have a Heroix campaign using the ‘classic’ fundraising pages currently live you should have now been contacted via email to nominate your chosen option by 31 October 2013:


Option 1 – Re-build My Campaigns

Everyday Hero will re-build your campaign microsite/s on the new platform at no charge and will require new banner and background artwork for Supporter Pages for each campaign.  You also have the option to utilise a temporary banner from Everyday Hero while your artwork is being created so you can start using the new Supporter Page straight away. Our new URL structure of Supporter Pages means that your event name will display in every Supporter page link, which will give your campaigns additional branding.

Please be aware that all existing data and tallies will not automatically be carried across with the rebuild, though you can still access these inside your Heroix account.

Option 2 – Convert My Campaigns

Everyday Hero will convert your campaign microsite/s to the new platform and will require new banner and background artwork for Supporter Pages for each campaign. You also have the option to utilise a temporary banner from Everyday Hero while your artwork in being created so you can start using the new Supporter Page straight away.

All existing data and tallies will be carried across and viewable inside reports and on the microsite itself. ‘Classic’ pages that remain in your campaign(s) but have not been actively used for 90 days or more can be expired as part of your campaign conversion to ensure that all of your data is fresh and up to date. The Everyday Hero team will be able to discuss this process with you if you choose this option.
